Discovering Thuy Bieu eco village with cooking class


- 8h00- 8h30: Pick you up at Toa Kham Wharf, then visit Thien Mu pagoda - a historic temple, the symbol of Hue city
- Back to the boat for a scenic cruise to Thuy Bieu Eco-village for cooking class
- Go to Thuy Bieu local market (located near Thuy Bieu village), take time to stroll around & buy necessary foods for cooking class with chef
-  Prepare lunch (or dinner) by yourself under the instruction of our chief.
+ Figt mixed shrimp and pork
+ Nem Cuon Ran (traditional spring roll)
+ Banh Khoái (a pan-fried crepe that is typically stuffed with shrimp and pork belly)
- After your practical class, it’s time to taste the Hue traditional dishes that you have prepared and our chef will be able to give his feedback on your own chef skills.
- Then, spend 2 hours to stroll or bike around peaceful village
+ Visit local garden, old ancestral temple and contact with local people.
+ Visit some handicraft families (the incense making family, the joss paper making family and the paper painting family) to discover the daily life of local people while they are working strenuously with joy and enthusiasm
- Relax by steeping your foot in medicinal herb water - a traditional therapeutic practice & enjoy therapeutic massage by the blind people
Notes: this program can be done in the morning, starting from 8:30 and finish at 14:00 - 14:30 (lunch included) or from 15:00 and finish at 19:00 in the afternoon (dinner included)
